“Dear children, Out of love towards you,
God has sent me among you, to love you and encourage you to prayer and
conversion, for peace in you and in your families and in the world. Little
children, do not forget that true peace comes only through prayer, from God Who
is your peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.”
Dear children, Out of love towards
you, God has sent me among you, to love you and encourage you to prayer and
conversion, for peace in you and in your families and in the world.
Once again, in this month's message, the
Blessed Mother clearly emphasizes that the central figure of the Medjugorje
apparitions is not herself, but God. She is merely a messenger and prophet sent
by God. The long-standing apparitions in Medjugorje are inseparable from God’s
presence, as He is the one who sent the Blessed Mother to appear there for so
many years.
The reason God sent the Blessed Mother is to bring peace to
ourselves, our families, and the world. He loves us and seeks to encourage us
through prayer and conversion. To recognize God's incredible love and mercy, we
must do just one thing: open our hearts fully to Him. We need to invite God
into our hearts, and this can be achieved through one powerful act—a word we’ve
heard countless times: ‘prayer.’
For the past 43 years, the Blessed Mother has tirelessly repeated,
"Pray, pray, pray." Why? Because it is what we most urgently need.
Despite her constant call to prayer, we continue to prioritize everything else
except prayer.
It is through prayer that our hearts are opened, and only when our
hearts are open can true conversion take place. Conversion is vital to making
God the center of our lives. If this process doesn’t unfold, the responsibility
lies with us.
There will come a day when the Medjugorje apparitions of the Blessed
Mother will come to an end. While no one knows when that day will come, there
are signs that suggest it may be near. Time is running short. We must embrace
the Medjugorje apparitions and their messages with urgency, as if it were our
final opportunity.
Just as the good thief, crucified beside Jesus, recognized Him as
the Savior and said, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your
kingdom" (Lk 23:42), we too must respond to God's heartfelt call to
return to Him through the Blessed Mother, with a sense of urgency, knowing that
this could be our last moment.
Little children, do not forget that
true peace comes only through prayer, from God Who is your peace. Thank you for
having responded to my call.
The Blessed Mother teaches that true peace
comes only through prayer. If there were another way, she would have told us.
Her words, "True peace comes only through prayer," remind us that
prayer is the only path to genuine peace.
Since God is peace itself, and our peace, the only way to receive
this peace is by completely surrendering ourselves to Him in prayer. While we
can ask God for peace through prayer, we cannot attain it through our own
strength or abilities. Moreover, there can never be peace where God is absent.
This simple yet profound truth has been forgotten by humanity, and
it is the root cause of the struggles we face today. As believers in God, who
is our peace and the only source of true peace, let us never forget that true
peace comes only from God through prayer.
